Who Are We Looking For?
If you’re a Recruiter and have:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an IT environment (either in-house or agency)
- A degree in psychology, communications, humanities or a similar field
- Experience in setting up, preparing, and leading end to end recruitment process, ensuring an adequate candidate assessment
- Well-versed in writing and updating job descriptions and specifications
- Skills in screening resumes and assessing applications
- Ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Interview and assessment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and motivation for learning and process optimization
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS (ideally TalentLyft), or HRIS tools (a plus)

Job Description
Your primary focus will be recruitment, including:
- Contributing to recruitment efforts and helping promote the company’s employer brand
- Managing e2e recruitment process including communication with internal stakeholders
- Creating and updating job descriptions and specifications
- Preparing job ads and posting them to the right channels
- Sourcing candidates through databases, social media and networking
- Screening applications, conducting interviews and extending job offers
- Supporting new hires through onboarding and integration
- Building lasting relationships with candidates
