Ingemark is a custom software development agency trusted by some of the largest companies in Southeast Europe, as well as a number of companies from Western Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. We love technology, but our true passion lies in using it to help our clients run their business better. Because the bottom line is, well, their bottom line.
This time, we are looking for a student to join our team and help us keep our daily tech running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Internal IT Lead to manage the "IT heartbeat" of the office. You’ll be the go-to person for the essential hardware and software tasks that keep our colleagues productive.
What the job looks like
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll take care of the essentials:
- Setting up gear: Installing operating systems (Windows, MacOS, and some Linux) and prepping laptops for the team.
- Daily Support: Helping colleagues with things like Google Workspace, MS Office, mobile phones, or the office WiFi.
- Hardware & Inventory: Troubleshooting laptop issues, coordinating repairs, and keeping our equipment records up to date.
- Sourcing Gear: Researching and finding the best offers when we need to buy new tech.
What we’re looking for
- The Basics: You’re comfortable with software installations and have a good grasp of current computer hardware.
- People Skills: You’re a clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve their tech frustrations.
- Availability: Around 10 hours a week (we are very flexible around your university schedule and exams).
- It’s a plus if: You’re studying a technical major or have some experience with Linux, but we’re happy to help you learn the ropes if you have the right attitude.
What you can expect from us
- Stability & Flexibility: We value work-life balance. Your studies are the priority, and we’ll work around your academic commitments.
- Hybrid Work: You can handle some tasks remotely, but you’ll need to be on-site for the hardware-related work.
- Future Potential: We are looking for someone who might want to join us full-time after graduation.
If that sounds interesting to you - don’t hesitate to apply! :)
