Position Summary
As a Solution Architect at Ingemark, you will be critical in shaping technology strategy and delivering high-impact solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to design end-to-end architectures that are scalable, secure, and aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership
- Define and validate architecture solutions, including application, data, and infrastructure layers
- Ensure architecture alignment with business goals, project requirements, and enterprise standards
- Client Engagement
- Lead technical discussions with clients, translating business needs into technical designs
- Present architecture proposals and ensure client buy-in on technological direction
- Project Oversight
- Guide engineering teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural principles
- Support delivery teams in managing technical risks, scalability challenges, and integration complexity
- Solution Design
- Prepare architecture documents (HLD/LLD), interface contracts, data flow diagrams, and technology stack definitions
- Select and justify technology choices (cloud, data platforms, integration approaches, AI components, etc.)
- Innovation & Standards
- Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Promote reusability, automation, and open standards within solution designs
- Champion secure and cost-effective architecture patterns across projects
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and integration strategies
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and microservices
- Strong experience in designing complex distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with AI integration, data platforms, and security-by-design principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance)
- Familiarity with open-source integration platforms and event-driven systems (Kafka, MuleSoft, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines and IaC (Terraform, Helm)
- Proficiency in modern technology stacks and languages, including Java, React, and Node.js
