Who Are We Looking For?

If you’re a React/Next.js Developer and you recognize yourself in most of these points:

• proficiency with Javascript, Typescript, React

• experience with Next.js or other similar frameworks

• experience with Node.js or other backend technologies

• general problem-solving ability; good handle on OO practices, as well as basic understanding of functional programming patterns

• inclination for writing clean, maintainable and human-readable code

• ability to cooperate across teams of various backgrounds/technical abilities 

• professional, precise communication skills in English and Croatian

• knowledge and understanding of React practices and commonly-used libraries

• solid understanding of CSS and HTML

• good understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other components surrounding web applications

• experience with CI/CD pipelines

• 2+ years of professional experience using JavaScript, HTML and CSS

• 1+ years of professional experience using React/Next.js

• 1+ years of experience with REST APIs

• bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent work experience

Job description

• writing, testing and documenting application code and functionality

• delivering a complete front-end application using React/Next.js

• cooperating with testers, business analysts and product owners in finding the best solutions for a particular problem

• cooperating with the back-end developers in the process of building the RESTful API

• evaluating and identifying best practices based on particular project requirements

• implementing user stories, resolving bugs, giving status in regular meetings

• participating in sprint planning and retrospective sessions

• participating in code reviews/giving feedback to colleagues
