If you’re a university student, studying at one of the technical faculties with a computer science major and:
Are looking for a part-time job of around 10 hours a week (40-50 hours a month)
Have experience in licensed software installations
Have knowledge of the current computer equipment available on the market
Are interested in potential employment after graduation
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Ingemark might be the perfect place for you!
Maintenance of company-owned computers (MacOS, Linux and Windows)
Operating system installation and re-installation
Fault diagnosis
Hardware maintenance (e.g. sending for a service)
Customer support related to:
Google Workspace
MS Office
Windows and MacOS in general (knowledge of Linux is an advantage)
Support for mobile phones (iOS and Android)
Video conferencing systems
Other equipment (e.g. printer, scanner, WiFi)
Keeping internal records related to IT equipment (equipment loanings and general provisions)
Procurement of IT equipment (searching for the most favorable offers, finding technical solutions, etc.)
