Participate in designing and implementation of overall recruiting and company branding strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
Screen candidates resume and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Conduct reference and background checks
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Implement company branding and campus management initiatives and act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Present and promote company culture on external and internal events
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” and develop relationships with targeted institutional partners
Your profile:
You have a degree in psychology, business administration, communications or humanities or similar
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) – at least 1 to 3 years
Creativity in finding the best ways to source qualified candidates, how to find passive candidates, and networking opportunities
You have very good oral and written skills in English
Familiarity with HR databases, Recruitment Software, and HRIS is a bonus
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to transmit enthusiasm and act persuasively towards others
